Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; Proverbs 3:5Because I didn’t have a Dad when I was a boy, a lot of times I had to do things on my own and for myself. It was a sign of weakness to ask for help. The result: I put a lot of undue pressure on myself.

Our heavenly Father doesn’t put that kind of pressure on us.
Proverbs 3 goes on to say that if you acknowledge God in all that you do “he will make straight your paths.” It then says something even more wonderful: By letting Him be in control, you will get healing and refreshment in you body!
