Title: Remembering D-Day

Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. – Romans 12:10

Today, we honor the fallen during The Normandy Landing, better known as D-Day. The casualties were enormous, with 4,414 Allied deaths in total. Yet, I look at today’s photo, and I can’t help but wonder what was going through their minds as they approached the beach. One thing for certain was that they were devoted to each other and honored each other. They were devoted to freedom.

Scott, Kellie, Cole and Elissa Mitchell have live in Fishers, IN. Scott currently works for Marriott Hotels as a Director of Engineering. For the past 16 years, Scott has taken on active role in Men’s Ministry, by leading a weekly Bible study, and assisting with the youth in many capacities. Scott’s other interest include playing bass guitar, hunting, fishing,golf and making homemade beer and wine.
