Title: Good Friday


Love the LORD your God with all you heart and with all your soul and with all your strength – Deuteronomy 6:5


Good Friday isn’t a happy day, but it is a reminder to acknowledge the passion, or suffering, and the death of Jesus on the cross. “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son” This allowed light to conquer darkness and goodness to conquer sin. Today is a day of mourning for the death of Jesus, but we need to remember to pray and thank the Lord for the passion that our sins are forgiven, and death is defeated. It is also a reminder that we are considered good for what happened on this day.

Scott, Kellie, Cole and Elissa Mitchell have live in Fishers, IN. Scott currently works for Marriott Hotels as a Director of Engineering. For the past 16 years, Scott has taken on active role in Men’s Ministry, by leading a weekly Bible study, and assisting with the youth in many capacities. Scott’s other interest include playing bass guitar, hunting, fishing,golf and making homemade beer and wine.
