Title: Do not deny your integrity

Till I die, I will not deny my integrity. Job 27:5b

I hope you aren’t having a day like Job.

His story was crazy. If you didn’t know it, he lost everything: his wealth, his family, and even his health. He had a few friends left, but they accused him of bringing his problems on himself. He was just a regular guy.

I hope you aren’t having a day like Job.

But if you are, you can follow his example. He says, “I will not deny my integrity.” His resolve is astonishing and admirable. He won’t allow his circumstances to define who he is.

I hope you aren’t having a day like Job.

But if you are experiencing loss, or disappointment, or poor health, remember: Where you are and what happens to you does not define you. God, who never changes, has made us His own. So now we can have the same integrity as Job.

Real Men know integrity comes from God.

A regular guy who loves Jesus. He’s a husband and Dad. He enjoys playing guitar and fishing. He was once bitten by a dog at a nudist colony, but you’ll have to ask him about that later.
