Title: Stoke the Fire

Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. – Deuteronomy 6:5

We have all shown a passion for something. When I do an internal check, do I see that same passion in my walk with Jesus? Do I see it in my family and friends? Since experiencing the COVID scare six years ago, I’ve had a renewed passion for my faith, and I pray daily that the flame of faith does not burn out. When I get down to just burning embers, I look to my friends and family to stoke that fire. Spending time in my hunting cabin writing man-card blogs stokes that fire as well. Whatever we do, work for God, not men. Where your heart is, your passion will be. This will keep the fire of faith burning

Rebecca and I have lived in SW Florida since 2018, moving from Valparaiso, IN, where they raised three children, William III, Patrick, and Rachel. Bill and Rebecca have been married for 29 years. I currently work for White Lodging Services, and Rebecca is officially retired from school teaching. As a couple, we attend Cape Vineyard Community Church in Cape Coral, FL. Rebecca and I are very active at Cape Vineyard: Rebecca in children’s ministry, and I in band media and supporting facilities.
My interests include Hunting/Fishing and traveling with Rebecca to visit the children and grandchildren. My happy place is the UP of Michigan, where Rebecca and I share time their now.
