Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. – John 8:32
This verse was written by John, who is also called the Beloved Disciple. Here, John shares a message from Jesus that he spoke to a group of Jews who believed in him. The passage is not about physical freedom, but about the freedom we find when we are honest and open about our sins. When we confess rather than hide our struggles, we are no longer held captive by them.

Rebecca and I have lived in SW Florida since 2018, moving from Valparaiso, IN, where they raised three children, William III, Patrick, and Rachel. Bill and Rebecca have been married for 29 years. I currently work for White Lodging Services, and Rebecca is officially retired from school teaching. As a couple, we attend Cape Vineyard Community Church in Cape Coral, FL. Rebecca and I are very active at Cape Vineyard: Rebecca in children’s ministry, and I in band media and supporting facilities.
My interests include Hunting/Fishing and traveling with Rebecca to visit the children and grandchildren. My happy place is the UP of Michigan, where Rebecca and I share time their now.
