Today, we honor the fallen during The Normandy Landing, better known as D-Day. The casualties were enormous, with 4,414 allied deaths in total. Yet, I look at today’s photo, and I can’t help but wonder what was going through their minds as they approached the beach. Each individual had a sense of fear and asked what was next for them.
Today’s verse is about confession. On that day or leading up to the battle, I am sure there was some confession going on and coming to Christ. They wanted to be right with God because of the unknown future.
What beachfront are you facing? Not knowing what the future holds. It’s time to be right with God. Confess with a friend or someone close to you often.
