Title: Rhythm of Confession

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective – James 5:16

I once heard that we started needing counseling once we stopped confessing. Hard to believe that something as simple as confessing our sins to someone would potentially have an impact on our mental state.

Confessing is simple; say what you have committed out loud. When things get wrapped in our head, our mind starts to do weird things with them and gives a foothold to the enemy. Do you have a rhythm of confession in your life? Either with a close group of guys or a mentor or maybe even during your prayer time.

Surrender yourself and confess your sins today
