Title: Look Up
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. – Proverbs 3:5
Too often, we find ourselves wondering where God is in our circumstances only to realize if we’re honest, that we never invited Him in the first place. Whether we are there because of bad advice or no advice, we’re never hopelessly lost as long as we recognize where our help lies. The first step is to confess that we have lost our way and look up. Next, seek wise counsel taking caution not to accept counsel because it is convenient. Seek counsel from men who have visible fruit and the joy of the Spirit in their lives. Don’t be intimidated if you don’t know them; go introduce yourself. After all, they’re your brothers.
