Monday // Surrender :: Confess

September 7, 2026Scott Mitchell

Title: Live Free

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. – James 5:16

Confessing our sins to God is important, but it also takes courage to admit them to each other. This is not always easy, but it helps us find freedom. When we open up to one another, we can feel the burden of sin lift and grow closer to God.

If you feel weighed down by sin today, talk to God about it and ask for the courage to reach out to someone you trust. Pray together and ask God for healing, so you can experience true freedom.
