Title: Real Relationship

Those who cling to worthless idols turn away from God’s love for them. – Jonah 2:8

Idols get in the way of our relationship with God. Idols are often used to try to fill a void in our lives. 

God is jealous, but for a good reason. God does not want to share our hearts with any idol, not because He is selfish and wants us all for Himself, but because He knows that our greatest happiness and protection come from our real relationship with Him and from putting Him at the center of our lives. God will always fill the void in our lives.

Real men don’t let idols get in the way.

Scott, Kellie, Cole and Elissa Mitchell have live in Fishers, IN. Scott currently works for Marriott Hotels as a Director of Engineering. For the past 16 years, Scott has taken on active role in Men’s Ministry, by leading a weekly Bible study, and assisting with the youth in many capacities. Scott’s other interest include playing bass guitar, hunting, fishing,golf and making homemade beer and wine.
