Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up. – Ephesians 4:29a
In your marriage, your family, your workplace or with your friends is honor and respect at the top of the list? I know for me sometimes when I am upset or hurt it’s very easy for my words to become hurtful weapons and not helpful or encouraging at all. Today’s scripture is very direct and a good reminder that even in these times of hurt or being upset it is possible to still show kindness, honor and respect it’s not easy but it is always possible.
