Courage is something we receive. Most likely your courage was a gift from someone else – possibly years or decades ago, a father, a teacher, a friend or a coach encouraged you. Enabling courage in others is a gift in itself – and takes courage to do! Helping others take courage can take place prior to, during, or after a particular event. “I know you can do it,” You’re doing great,” “That was awesome!” No matter what the tense, words like these instill courage in the hearer.
Real Men encourage others.
