Title: Encourage Someone
Encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” – Hebrews 3:13a
The news comes on, and it seems all we hear is the criticism of leaders and how they handle things. It doesn’t seem to matter what country they are from or their job title. So when we watch or listen to this stuff every day, it can start to influence and discourage us, making it easy for us to criticize those around us. Instead, we should be encouraging and praying for those around us.
Paul wrote, “Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other.”Thessalonians 5: 12-14
Can you today or this week encourage someone you come in contact with?
Real men encourage those around them.
