You have an opportunity to encourage someone today. Please don’t waste it. It’s so easy to put off an encouraging phone call and wait till we see them. We think, “I’ll see them soon…right?”
Someone may be coming to mind, and you need to take a moment at lunch and make a phone call. Or your next opportunity is around the corner.
Here are some different ways we can encourage others: show someone you understand them. Show that you appreciate what they do and who they are. Demonstrate loyalty and trustworthiness, offer a firm handshake, invite them to lunch or coffee, or include them in your conversations.
Even if this idea is not something you are used to, try it, you might also find the results…well, encouraging.
