Title:Nothing in return

Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. – Romans 12:10

These days it seems only the great get the honor, those who have done great things, but what about the rest? Does it take great things to make us think about honoring those around us? To honor others means putting there needs before ours. This honor is something we should give and not expect anything in return, this type of honoring and serving should come from the heart without a second thought. The more we do this the more we become devoted to each other without expectations of anything in return and no more this for that type of thinking.

So as we look at the week ahead can we recognize opportunities to honor and serve those around us?

Scott, Kellie, Cole and Elissa Mitchell have live in Fishers, IN. Scott currently works for Marriott Hotels as a Director of Engineering. For the past 16 years, Scott has taken on active role in Men’s Ministry, by leading a weekly Bible study, and assisting with the youth in many capacities. Scott’s other interest include playing bass guitar, hunting, fishing,golf and making homemade beer and wine.
