But seek first His kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well – Matthew 3:13a

Giving all of our issues to God can seem unmanly. “God has bigger issues than what I have going on” is a common thought. We can become our own kings, and we can start to rule our kingdom the way we want because we like to have all the control.

Let’s not forget that God can and wants to handle all of our problems and issues. He wants us to give him our kingdom. God can handle anything. We just need to step out in faith, seek his will, and give it all to him. Let God Jesus be the King of our kingdoms.

Scott, Kellie, Cole and Elissa Mitchell have live in Fishers, IN. Scott currently works for Marriott Hotels as a Director of Engineering. For the past 16 years, Scott has taken on active role in Men’s Ministry, by leading a weekly Bible study, and assisting with the youth in many capacities. Scott’s other interest include playing bass guitar, hunting, fishing,golf and making homemade beer and wine.
