Today is a beautiful day as we spend time with family and friends, oh and don’t forget about the gifts. Gifts are exciting, mysterious, and fun. But the most significant gift of all is one that we couldn’t earn or deserve, and that was the gift of Jesus. A gift that was planned well in advance for us, and on this date we celebrate the birth of our Saviour.
We need to remember the Christmas Jesus becomes the crucified Jesus. So this amazing gift needs to be received with humility, gratitude, and joy as we didn’t earn it or pay for it; we need to receive it.
