Whatever you do, work at it with all your hearts, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. Colossians 3:23
When I was in high school, I worked at the local pool as a swimming instructor and lifeguard. I taught people how to swim so they could stay safe in the water, and I helped anyone who needed it.
We should pay attention to people who are having a hard time. Sometimes they feel weighed down by debt, sadness, or mistakes. When Peter started to sink in the water, Jesus reached out and saved him. Later, Peter helped a man who could not walk, helping him stand, walk, jump, and praise God. The same Jesus who saved Peter can help us lift others out of difficult times. If we want to live like Christ, we need to care for others and notice their needs. Ask Him to show you how to support and encourage those around you.
