Title: He has risen
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. – Mat 11:28
Jesus’s life here on earth was the work God called him to do. What an example of obedience. He died for us; His work was all for us: to wipe our sins away and defeat death. Paul writes that if Christ did not rise our faith would be empty with no foundation. Today, we celebrate His resurrection. Praise God that our hope and faith are not in vain. So we can have rest in the fact He has risen!
