Title: Seek to please God

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. – 1 Corinthians 15:58

Wavering is something that can happen to the best of us.  As men we juggle a lot; I’ve talked about it before, but when we lose the fact that we should be working as if working for God, that’s when we waver.

Paul tells us that we shouldn’t let anything move us.  As men we have to think about our work as if God is our boss; as if he was watching over our shoulder all day at our office or in the field.  Nothing can move us if we seek to please God in every email we write or every interaction we have.

Think about it this week, as you write emails and letters or as you are dealing with that supervisor; is how I’m dealing with this pleasing God?

Real Men work as if God is looking over their shoulder.
