Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. – 1 Corinthians 15:58
What does the work of the Lord look like? Working for the Lord and His will helps us stand firm through life’s ups and downs. But what is the work of the Lord? A close friend said the Lord’s work differs for everyone and covers many tasks. He told me that if I was unsure what I was to be doing, I just needed to ask Him, listen, and obey.
This verse also promises that whatever we do will not be in vain, and our efforts will not be fruitless.
So the question is, has God asked you to do anything specifically in any part of your life? If not, just ask.
