Sunday // Sacrifice :: Exalt

Title: Find a Reminder

Exalt the Lord our God and worship at his footstool; he is holy. – Psalm 99:5

Every Sunday or once a month, we take communion. Jesus chose to use mealtime to set the stage for us to remember what He did for us. So when I think about this, I am confident we all like to eat, we usually don’t forget to eat, and we look forward to mealtime. Jesus said the cup and the bread represent His body and blood. This made it very easy and relatable for us to remember His sacrifice.

To exalt the Lord, we shouldn’t wait for church on Sundays. It should be daily and intentional to want to worship at His footstool. But sometimes, our days get away from us, and we miss the opportunity.

The cup and bread can be a daily reminder, or we can find other ways to remind us to praise our Lord.

Real Men Worship at His footstool.
