Title: Rest is promised

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. – Matthew 11:28

The year is already halfway through. Take a moment to think about times when you could have asked God for rest, whether you did or not. The rest of the year will have its challenges, and life can be tiring, but remember the scripture that promises us peace and rest. As you look ahead to the rest of 2026, be encouraged and trust that God will give you the rest you need. Just reach out to Him instead of trying to handle everything on your own.

Scott, Kellie, Cole and Elissa Mitchell have live in Fishers, IN. Scott currently works for Marriott Hotels as a Director of Engineering. For the past 16 years, Scott has taken on active role in Men’s Ministry, by leading a weekly Bible study, and assisting with the youth in many capacities. Scott’s other interest include playing bass guitar, hunting, fishing,golf and making homemade beer and wine.
