Title: Seek to please God
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord,
because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. – 1 Corinthians 15:58
Wavering can happen to the best of us. As men, we juggle a lot; I’ve talked about it before, but when we forget to work as if working for God, that’s when we waver.
Paul tells us not to let anything move us. As men, we have to think about our work as if God is our boss, watching over our shoulders all day at our office or in the field. Nothing can move us if we seek to please God in every email we write or interaction.
Think about it this week: as you write emails and letters or deal with that supervisor, is that how I’m dealing with this, pleasing God?
