Title: Be Confident
For the battle is not yours, but God’s. – 2 Chronicles 20:15c
Wait What? So, what God is saying is that I have no responsibility to make the battle decisions? These battles are His, not mine. Do I have to fight in them? YES. Is He in control of them? YES. So, if I follow God’s lead in the battles I’m in, I can be confident that my best interest is at hand.
How often do you think about the battles you go through in this way? When was the last time you were in a battle and thought to yourself, “God’s in control”? Seriously answer that question and then be honest and answer again. God not only has your back in your battles but your front, sides, top, and bottom. He’s in control, now let him be.
