Title: Don’t Worry

For the battle is not yours, but God’s. – 2 Chronicles 20:15c

It’s like a scene out of a movie. A giant army is advancing, and the people of Judah don’t have the manpower or the weapons to defend themselves. The king gathers the people to the temple to ask the Lord what to do.

God’s answer? “Don’t worry; I got this one. You won’t even need to fight. Just march out boldly, and I will take care of the rest.”

Don’t go applying this to every difficult situation you have. There may be times you need to fight, and there may be times to retreat, but what we can do is take a closer look at our situations and the battles we face.

Take a moment to think about a battle that you are facing today and pray a short prayer: “God, am I on your side of this battle? If so, I ask for your blessing, and I trust that You will bring me through.”

Real Men Trust God with the Battle.
