Title: Know the threat
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. – Ephesians 6:12
I listened to a sermon online the other morning, and the teacher had read a book; he mentioned one of Satan’s tactics that we need to be aware of. The tactic is Satan tells us it can’t happen to you, and when it does, there is nothing we can do about it. To engage in this type of battle, we need to be honest with ourselves and God. We need to ask God to reveal this type of threat to us, so we can humbly ask for prayer and guidance. Understanding our enemy and his tactics are the key to engaging in the battle.
