Title: Know the threat
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. – Ephesians 6:12
I listened to a sermon online the other morning, and the teacher had read a book; he mentioned one of Satan’s tactics that we need to be aware of. The tactic is that Satan tells us that when our flesh desires what it wants, there are no consequences. He says nothing will happen to you; when it does, we can do nothing about it.
We must be honest with ourselves and God to engage in this battle. We need to ask God to reveal this type of threat to us, so we can humbly ask for prayer and guidance. Understanding our enemy and his tactics is the key to engaging in the battle.
Real Men are engaged in the war for every soul.
