Have you read the story when the army had Elisha trapped and surrounded? It’s in 2nd Kings 6. In the story, there are two things that we read that apply to today’s verse. One Elisha had no fear, and he knew God had this battle won. Second, throughout the story, Elisha uses prayer several times for God to deal with the threat. It is a straightforward process. We recognize a threat, have faith in today’s verse, and pray for victory.
