Title: Spiritual Nourishment

Be still and know that I am God, I will be exalted among the nations, and I will be exalted in the earth. – Psalm 46:10

Listening is the biggest part of great communication so to be still and slow down seems like a no brainer but why is it so hard? As men we are wired to accomplish a task and move to the next task and so on, but that is why the verse starts with “Be still” it means to stop whatever we are doing and pay attention. It also means to clear our minds so we are ready for the Holy Spirit to fuel us with spiritual nourishment

Real Men are Slow to Speak and Quick to Listen.

Scott, Kellie, Cole and Elissa Mitchell have live in Fishers, IN. Scott currently works for Marriott Hotels as a Director of Engineering. For the past 16 years, Scott has taken on active role in Men’s Ministry, by leading a weekly Bible study, and assisting with the youth in many capacities. Scott’s other interest include playing bass guitar, hunting, fishing,golf and making homemade beer and wine.
