Pray continually… – 1 Thessalonians 5:17
I have my plan, and I have it mapped out on how I will get it done and the end result. But, unfortunately, I get ahead of myself most of the time, and I leave Christ out of the plan, or I pray and give Him my plan, and I ask him to follow me. This never works out. I need to turn that thinking around and follow Christ and His will for the best outcome.
The verse today tells us we are to pray in all things. We should not leave anything to chance without praying and asking for direction. Make it about His plan, not ours.
Real men pray for Christ’s will.
