Title: Christmas Miracle


So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. – Galatians 5:16


The Winter Solace was seen on 12/21/20, the alignment of Jupiter, Saturn, and Mars. The same week Jesus was born, the Magi found him by way of the Christmas Star. In the year of our savior’s birth, there was violence, chaos, political and social unrest along with plague, a dark time—very much the description of 2020, a very dark and challenging year. Coincidence? I think not, to witness this beautiful reminder and know amid all this mayhem we are reminded of his power and his light that he brings for all mankind. He is perfect at stepping into chaos and bringing it to peace. Like the Magi followed the star to  Jesus, let the holy spirit lead us to Jesus.

Rebecca and I have lived in SW Florida since 2018, moving from Valparaiso, IN, where they raised three children, William III, Patrick, and Rachel. Bill and Rebecca have been married for 29 years. I currently work for White Lodging Services, and Rebecca is officially retired from school teaching. As a couple, we attend Cape Vineyard Community Church in Cape Coral, FL. Rebecca and I are very active at Cape Vineyard: Rebecca in children’s ministry, and I in band media and supporting facilities.
My interests include Hunting/Fishing and traveling with Rebecca to visit the children and grandchildren. My happy place is the UP of Michigan, where Rebecca and I share time their now.
