Alive. Active. Not sure how many people think this way about the Bible. It may look like a book of stories or some general guidelines for life, but when you read it with the intention to let it transform you, it is a lot more than a book of stories. The Word can go where others can not go. It goes right to your Spirit and is designed to help and correct you in your life’s current times and events. Say a prayer before reading and ask God to reveal His plan and works for you.
