Title: Don’t Miss it
He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” – Psalm 46:10a
God doesn’t need us. He will be exalted. As men, our lives can get hectic as we try to balance work, family, friends, and church while still finding time for ourselves. In the middle of all this, we sometimes miss the chances God gives us to remember that He is God and we are not. We can lose sight of the truth that He will be exalted, not us.
God says we can know Him if we take time to be still and listen. Many of us feel the weight of the world on our shoulders, but we can experience God every day and lift Him up instead of trying to lift ourselves up.
What stops you from taking time to be still and listen to the Creator, the One who will be exalted?
