Title: The power of the Gospel.

Pray without Ceasing. – 1 Thessalonians 5:17

Bible verses ending in 17 often highlight core Christian themes like God’s righteousness, the power of faith, spiritual transformation through His Word, and divine provision, with some examples being Romans 1:17, righteousness revealed by faith, or John 17:17, sanctification by truth, and 2 Timothy 3:17, scripture that equips believers with good works.

These verses collectively emphasize the Gospel’s power, the importance of living by faith, and the transformative, equipping nature of God’s truth for a believer’s life. As we celebrate God creating the Real Man Card 17 years ago, spend time in the Word and look at verse 17. See what comes up for you.

We are blessed with our pastoral support. Our blog writers and the many readers who share HIS word. Together, we continue to grow, support one another, and work toward being authentic Christian men.

Remember, the real man card is God, using ordinary men to do His work in extraordinary ways.

Real Men read the Word of God and pray continually.

Bill Reilly

Rebecca and I have lived in SW Florida since 2018, moving from Valparaiso, IN, where they raised three children, William III, Patrick, and Rachel. Bill and Rebecca have been married for 29 years. I currently work for White Lodging Services, and Rebecca is officially retired from school teaching. As a couple, we attend Cape Vineyard Community Church in Cape Coral, FL. Rebecca and I are very active at Cape Vineyard: Rebecca in children’s ministry, and I in band media and supporting facilities.
My interests include Hunting/Fishing and traveling with Rebecca to visit the children and grandchildren. My happy place is the UP of Michigan, where Rebecca and I share time their now.
