Title: Flowing Conversation with God.

Pray continually… – 1 Thessalonians 5:17

Pray continually? What does that really mean? For a long time, I wasn’t sure. It only started to make sense when I broke it down for myself. Bowing our heads, closing our eyes, folding our hands, or kneeling are ways we show we’re praying, but those actions aren’t the prayers themselves. These customs can help us focus and block out distractions, which is valuable. But it’s also important to stay connected with God throughout the day.

You don’t need to use your voice, be in a certain place, pick a special time, or have a particular posture to pray.

Prayer is simply talking with God. We can keep that conversation going all day long, no matter what we’re doing.

There’s never a time or place where we can’t pray.
