Title: Expert Advice
Wisdom will save you from the ways of wicked men, from men whose words are perverse. – Proverbs 2:12
When we seek wisdom in an area of life, we go to an expert in that field. Likewise, we ought not to expect guidance about the Kingdom of God from someone who is not a Kingdom citizen.
Applying this to our lives means that we, as citizens of heaven, should not see the world as a source of inspiration for our lives, nor should we turn to the world as a safe kingdom. But since Jesus died, was resurrected, and is alive, let us turn to Him for wisdom and guidance—not to the world.
