Title: Building Character

Do not be misled: “Bad Company corrupts good character.” – 1 Corinthians 15:33

As I think of my character, I see it as who I am in my relationship with God and how others see me. “Hopefully not as what a character he is.”

We build character and learn as we follow Christ. Christian character is not just about our personality.  It tells who we are as Christians. It’s seeking to understand God’s plan for us that develops and molds our character.

I don’t believe everyone builds good character at the same time in their life or in the same way, but it must be done by learning to follow Jesus and his teachings.

Real Men build great character.

Bill Reilly

Rebecca and I have lived in SW Florida since 2018, moving from Valparaiso, IN, where they raised three children, William III, Patrick, and Rachel. Bill and Rebecca have been married for 29 years. I currently work for White Lodging Services, and Rebecca is officially retired from school teaching. As a couple, we attend Cape Vineyard Community Church in Cape Coral, FL. Rebecca and I are very active at Cape Vineyard: Rebecca in children’s ministry, and I in band media and supporting facilities.
My interests include Hunting/Fishing and traveling with Rebecca to visit the children and grandchildren. My happy place is the UP of Michigan, where Rebecca and I share time their now.
