Commit everything you do to the LORD. Trust in him and he will do this… – Psalm 37:5
This scripture should bring us great comfort if we apply it. I often fall short because I don’t commit my entire life to the Lord. I either forget to include Him, or I think I can handle it alone, which is dangerous. But if I slow down and meditate on this scripture, it sinks in that I don’t need to sit back and let God do all the work; He wants to be involved in my life. He wants me to trust him with everything and seek His guidance. Once I do this, I know He will act on it, which brings great comfort.
