Title: Intentional Influence
Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ. – 1 Corinthians 11:1
We must understand that we are leading whether we realize it or not. If you are a father, an employee, a boss, a son, whatever, the question is not, “Are you leading?”, rather it is “Are you leading well?”
We are influential in all situations and opportunities that present themselves in our lives. We must grasp these opportunities and leverage them for the sake of others and for the Gospel.
This requires integrity, and intentionality. This means taking the time to teach a child why and how we should think Biblically when teachable moments arise instead of taking a shortcut. It means giving grace to someone who opposes you when all you see is red. It means serving and being a hands on boss when all you really have to do is give an order.
Are you leveraging your sphere of influence towards Jesus? What do you need to do to be a better example to those you lead?
Real Men Influence for the Gospel.
