We all know what salt is and what it can do. Salt can be used to preserve things, it can also be used to enhance the flavors of food or influence the food. In Matthew 5:13 Jesus told his disciples “You are the salt of the earth” meaning you can influence or have an affect on those around.
As Christian men to be the “salt of the earth, we should have a positive influence and affect on the lives of others. For men, this should be seen in every relationship we have as husbands, fathers, friends, family and/or co-workers. As we continue to build our relationship with Christ, the influence we have on others will naturally happen.
Real Men want Christ to influence others through them.
