Have you taken one of those quick ten-question goofy personality tests online? Based on our answers, we are told that we are introverted and best suited for life in the Deep South, or if we were living in Bible times, we would have been cupbearers.
At some point in our lives, we were given labels that told us we were either leaders or followers. But the truth is, we all follow someone, and someone is always following us. Think about it. If we could somehow get a list of all the people we have influenced over, you might be surprised at the length of the list.
So who do you look to for direction? Who influences you? Find a “Paul” in your life who knows Jesus. A person you can look to. Maybe a specific person is coming to mind right now.
Pay attention to both sides. Who influences you? Who do you influence?
Real Men are leaders and followers.
