Title: Men of Example
Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.1 Corinthians 11:1
Most of us probably don’t see ourselves as being men of example, but we can’t think that way. We are examples that are visible every day, whether we accept it or not.
For example, in sports news, we see all the reports on good and bad examples. Unfortunately, the bad examples seem to rise to the top. These are visible to a lot of people, including young minds. I am not here to bash sports figures or their talent, but I would question their understanding of being an example.
Like these sports figures, we are looked at and looked up to. I pray daily to God to help me with my responsibility of being a good example. We have a lot more at stake than representing a sport or team.
Real Men Are responsible for being a good example.
