Follow my example as I follow the example of Christ. – 1 Corinthians 11:1
The example that Christ gives us is not an easy one to follow. We have to choose it every day. Here’s the deal: people in your life look to you to set the standard for how to live, like it or not. Follow Jesus and seek Him; then you can point them to Him, too.
To follow someone is to know them. You cannot follow Jesus unless you know him (not about Him). The same goes for the people in your life; as men of influence, we should open our lives to those around us and let them see that we follow Jesus. Today, let someone know something about you they didn’t know before.
Real Men allow others to follow.
