Title: Don’t Lose Heart
Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. – Hebrews 12:1c
Life throws us curveballs at times. The road to success is filled with speedbumps. It is like an obstacle course when all you want to do is get from point A to point B as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Troubles are real. They hurt. This can be discouraging. Men can lose heart.
Jesus doesn’t promise us a life of comfort. He says trials and tribulations will happen in our lives, even more so because of Him.
When obstacles present themselves, and they certainly will, we need grit. We need perseverance. We need to lean on Jesus, and then keep on trucking. It’s not easy, but it is possible with Jesus by our side.
When trials come, do you pray through them as Jesus did? Do you connect with Jesus and press on, or do you turn and run the other way?
Real Men Persevere.
