One of the things good leaders do is figure out a plan and follow through on that plan. Most would call this determination or resolve. When we lack confidence, we lack drive, and we become lazy. Resolve gives us the ability to fight through something, no matter how difficult it is.
There are hundreds of decisions every day at work and home. And at the end of the day, many of those decisions fall onto us. Making decisions can be hard, but it takes grit to continue to push through.
