I love hanging out with the guys, but frequently, we tend to one-up each other with better jokes, and sometimes those jokes cross the line. You may have experienced this with the guys you hang out with.
What would it have been like hanging with Jesus and the disciples? I’m sure there was some joking. After all, that’s one of the marks of hanging out with one another.
But I also imagine them encouraging one another and helping spot any dark areas in their life.
Who do you spend your time with? Do they encourage you to pursue the Lord? Do they challenge you to love and serve others around you? Do you do this for the people you spend time with?
