Most of us probably don’t see ourselves as men of influence, but we can’t think that way. What if people who influenced us felt that way? What would our path look like then?
I have told myself I need to know a lot of scripture and knowledge to mentor or influence anyone; that is the mindset of a teacher, and we need that. However, I need to work on a role that has a more coaching outlook. Coaching, through my life, experiences like being a husband, a father in work, and not to leave out struggles with addictions. I pray for the courage to share with those around me. I pray that your life experience will influence those around you.
Real Men want Christ to influence others through them.
