Title: My Faith Walk

Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us… – Hebrews 12:1c

 

I grew up in the Catholic Church, left for a while, then joined the Methodist church, and later returned to Catholicism for a short time. Now, I attend CapeVineyard Church. My faith journey has sometimes been confusing because each church has its own focus. Still, they are all Christian, following one Bible and the one true God, the father of Isaac and Abraham.

Whether my approach is right or wrong, I try to focus on scripture and live my life by it. I also have a trustworthy accountability partner who is always a great person to talk things through with.

 

My message to men is to be intentional in their faith and embrace their church. However, don’t let a church’s specific mission distract you from the main purpose, which is loving God and seeking salvation.

Real men are intentional and focused on salvation.

Rebecca and I have lived in SW Florida since 2018, moving from Valparaiso, IN, where they raised three children, William III, Patrick, and Rachel. Bill and Rebecca have been married for 29 years. I currently work for White Lodging Services, and Rebecca is officially retired from school teaching. As a couple, we attend Cape Vineyard Community Church in Cape Coral, FL. Rebecca and I are very active at Cape Vineyard: Rebecca in children’s ministry, and I in band media and supporting facilities.
My interests include Hunting/Fishing and traveling with Rebecca to visit the children and grandchildren. My happy place is the UP of Michigan, where Rebecca and I share time their now.
